NATURAL -ORGANIC-HANDCRAFTED-SOAP
Egyptian Geranium with French Rose Clay Cocoa Butter and Crushed Flowers
Our Geranium soap with French rose clay, cleans and balances the complexion by removing excess oils without drying your skin. French rose clay is good for those with either oily skin or dry congested skin.. The natural fragrance comes from the essential oil of Egyptian rose geranium, sweet, heavy aroma, sophisticated, fresh floral somewhat like rose with a minty overtone. Pelargonium graveolens, the rose-scented geranium, belongs to the same plant genus as the popular red-flowered window box geranium. Geraniums are native to arid areas of South Africa's Cape Province. The plant is highly drought resistant, thanks to its semi-succulent, water-conserving stems and leaves. Popular during the Victorian era, rose geranium was often kept potted in parlors were a fresh sprig was always available to revive the senses. The fresh leaves were also offered in finger bowls at formal dining tables. Today, geranium is an indispensable aromatherapy oil. It's one of the best skincare oils, offering relief from congested, oily and dry skin. On an emotional level, geranium promotes stability and balance. Our products never contain synthetic fragrance oils. Created with French rose clay to absorb dirt oil and toxins from the skin while it cleanses and tones for soft and radiant skin. Unlike other clays, French rose clay is mild enough to be use every day without drying out your skin . With a olive , palm, and coconut oil base and cocoa butter added for richness, it makes this soap a wonderful soap with amazing lather and scent. Finally we fold in crushed flowers to make the soap a real mild natural exfoliant.

Gorgeous soaps
I've lived in a lot of New York City studio apartments; all have featured ugly, depressing bathrooms: dingy white, psych ward–y, and too small for standard-size bath mats, with lighting that makes everyone look like Charles Manson.
I counter such bleakness with chic, attractively packaged hand soap. >
The splurge is definitely cheaper than a better apartment, and it shows everyone your values are in the right place. Plus, when I finish a bottle, I move it to the kitchen sink and fill the dispenser with dish soap—it is probably the only crafty, domestic thing I do, but it's very satisfying.

A few gorgeous soaps to consider:
Hermès Eau d'Orange Verte Hand and Body Wash, $50, hermes.com
Claus Porto Voga Liquid Soap, $19,
La Compagnie de Provence Savon de Marseilles Extra Pur Figue, $20,
Natural Soap, $8.00, amazon.com

Handmade soap
How is handmade natural soap made?
Back in The Grandma's Day -Handmade natural soap is made with oils and caustic soda. In the old days, people used to make handmade natural soap with tallow and animal fats. At The grandmas handmade natural soap , our main ingredient is Greek extra virgin olive oil from a Farm In Greece .
We don't use any animal fats in our handmade natural soap. Just One of Soap we using Fat it's Our Particular Grandma's LYE SOAP with just 3 Ingredients .
There is a chemical reaction that takes place when you mix oils with caustic soda. The oils start to thicken and heat up, neutralizing the caustic soda. The complete neutralization, or curing time, takes about 6 weeks.
We add essential oils and herbs to our handmade natural soap for scent, texture and aroma benefits.
We do not use any synthetic fragrances or colors in our handmade natural soap. We like to keep things natural and simple.
How does natural, handmade natural soap differ from the stuff you would buy at the supermarket?
Most commercial handmade natural soap have synthetic detergents and artificial fragrances in them. Many commercial handmade natural soap manufacturers extract the glycerin out of their handmade natural soap and use the glycerin in their lotions, so their handmade natural soap tend to be more drying on the skin. With natural handmade natural soap, the glycerin is retained in the handmade natural soap, which makes for a much more moisturizing bar and a completely different feel from commercial handmade natural soap.
Do natural, handmade natural soap last longer than store-bought ones?
Many of my clients have told me that our handmade natural soap last a lot longer than store-bought handmade natural soap and I agree. It's important to take care of the handmade natural soap by keeping it in a well-drained handmade natural soap dish and letting it dry between uses.
What are the allergy considerations when it comes to handmade natural soap?
It is possible that someone might be allergic to one of the natural ingredients in our handmade natural soap. When in doubt, test the handmade natural soap on a small patch of skin and wait 24 hours. If no allergies surface, it should be safe to use.

Once I decided on opening a shop, I did tons of research and tried many different recipes until I came up with my own special blend of oils. I started making handmade natural soap full time in February 2004 and opened the shop in early May 2004. It took us a few months to make enough handmade natural soap to fill up our shop.
